We work to restore world cultural heritage to its rightful value by rehabilitating sites, honoring pioneers, and organizing high-level scientific symposia.

In partnership with the authorities, we contribute to the collection and documentation of world heritage. We encourage national and international academic research through the development of curricula and university theses.

Dr. Hakima El Haité
President of the Board · COP22 Climate Champion

A globally recognized stateswoman, Dr. El Haité is the first non-European and first woman from MENA elected President of Liberal International. Former Minister Delegate in charge of Environment, co-founder of the NDC Partnership and the Marrakech Partnership for Global Climate Action. Holds two PhDs and a Legion d'Honneur.

Distinguished academic and statesman. Appointed Minister of Culture and Communication by H.M. King Mohammed VI in 2017. Author of over twenty books on law and governance. Doctor of State in Public Law, professor at the Universities of Tetouan and Fez. Elected Member of Parliament for three consecutive terms.

Distinguished leader in the Moroccan cultural sector since 2008. Former Director of the Al-Qarawiyyin Library — one of the oldest and most significant libraries in the world. Former Director of the General Library and Archives of Tetouan. Holds a Master's in Codicology; recognized expert in manuscript preservation.

Vice-President of the EnergyPact Foundation. In his work with UNESCO, he inspired the theme for the organization's 70th anniversary: "70 years at the service of human dignity."
